GYTA Armored Outdoor Fiber Optic Cable – Aluminum Tape Moisture Protection

The GYTA cable is built with stranded loose tubes around a central strength member, creating a stable and compact core. The core is wrapped with aluminum-polyethylene laminate, tightly bonded to a PE inner sheath to block both longitudinal and radial moisture. For extra protection, corrugated steel tape laminated with polyethylene is applied, and a durable MDPE outer jacket is extruded under strict conditions.

GYTA is ideal for aerial and duct installations in long-distance telecom networks. The “A” represents the aluminum tape layer, which delivers excellent corrosion and moisture resistance, making it a better choice than steel-tape designs for duct environments.
